Venue and accomodation

The conference will be held in Sigtunastiftelsen in Sigtuna, Sweden, a small historic town conveniently located only 17 minutes from Stockholm Arlanda international airport.

Sigtunastiftelsen is located at central Sigtuna town, within walking distance of historical sights, Lake Mälaren, cafés, and shops. Yet, Sigtuna is located 33 km from Uppsala and 48 km from Stockholm. The hotel also provide a rich library with about 130 000 books, several of them have been written at Sigtuna Foundation.

Transport from Stockholm Arlanda international airport to Sigtunastiftelsen:

Free transportation will be offered to the participants from Stockholm Arlanda international airport to Sigtunastiftelsen on July 30. There will also be free transportation back from Sigtunastiftelsen to Arlanda airport on the last day of the conference (August 02). The participants will be asked by e-mail to express their interest in transportation. The departure times are:

• Departure time from Arlanda airport on July 30 from Terminal 5 at 12:20 and from Terminal 2 at 12:25.

• Departure time from Sigtunastiftelsen on August 02 to Arlanda at 12:30, reaching Terminal 5 at approximately 12:50 and Terminal 2 at 12:55.

In case of late arrival or missing the ICESAA bus, 

• The quickest way is by taking first Bus 579 (towards Bålsta station) from Terminal 5/2-3 bus to Sigtuna Bus Station, and then Bus 575 (towards Hällsboskolan) to Sigtunastiftelsen. It takes ~40 min. Tickets cost 45 SEK (from mobile or machine) or 64 SEK on-board.

• Bus579 runs every 30 min or 1h between 4:34 am - 10:36 pm from Terminal 5 (2 min later from Terminal 2/3).
   

• Bus575 runs every 30 min from Sigtuna Bus Station between 6:27 am - 11:57 pm. Alternatively, Sigtunastiftelsen can also be reached by walking (950 m), as it only takes 2 min in bus.

Types of accommodation
There will be two possible kinds of accommodation: single or double rooms. The full board includes breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, and three-course dinner.
