Submission of abstract
Download the ICESAA abstract template here and follow the guidelines contained in it. Export the abstract as a single-page word file, name the file as SURNAME_NAME_PRESENTATION TYPE (oral or poster) and send it by email to icesaa@kemi.uu.se with the subject SURNAME NAME - TYPE (Oral or Poster). In the email, specify if you prefer oral communication or poster. You can submit one abstract for an oral presentation and another one for a poster presentation. It would also be possible to present the same (or related) abstract selected for oral presentation as a poster.

Guidelines for posters
Posters should be printed at A0 format.
The poster session will be held at on Wednesday evening from 20:20 to 22:00, yet, the posters should be up during the whole conference (or as long as possible).

Guidelines for speakers
The allocated times are the following:

​

  • Invited talks: 40 min (including time for discussion)

  • Oral contributions: 20 min talk (including time for discussion)

  • Speakers are kindly asked to limit their presentations to the allocated time to allow times for discussions.

 

Computers, projector, and laser pointers will be available for the presentations. You can either give your presentation with your own laptop or with the computer provided by the organization. In the latter case, please bring your presentation on a USB drive and copy it to the computer provided by the organization. Speakers who choose this option are requested to contact an organizer before their talks, to setup and test their presentations.
