All-inclusive individual registration fee includes:

 

• Conference fee

• Conference material (USB flash drive with book of abstracts, writing material, and conference program)

• Group transfer from Stockholm Arlanda airport to Sigtunastifelsen on 30/07/2019

• Group transfer from Sigtunastifelsen to Stockholm Arlanda on 02/08/2019

• 3 nights accommodation at Sigtunastiftelsen Hotel with breakfast included

• Welcome reception

• 4 lunches at Sigtunastiftelsen (July 30, July 31, August 1, August 2)

• 3 dinners at Sigtunastiftelsen (July 30, July 31, August 1)

• Coffee-breaks

• All the facilities provided by Sigtunatstiftelsen: wireless network, sauna, quiet rooms, etc.

Accompanying persons

The fee for accompanying persons is 4 500 SEK. It includes all the services mentioned above for the all-inclusive registration, with the exception of the conference fee and conference material. In this case, for reservation of a double room, the participant should contact us by e-mail.

VAT REGULATIONS

​

According to Swedish legislation 25% VAT will be added to the registration fee. However, you do not have to pay VAT if you work in either:

​

• A public sector governmental organisation (statlig myndighet) within Sweden (e.g., university, governmental agency). In this case you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide your VAT number.

​

• An organisation or company within the EU with a valid VAT number. In this case you must choose International bank transfer - EU countries with VAT no. as the payment mode and provide your VAT number.

• Public sector governmental organisations within Sweden (e.g., universities, governmental agencies): No VAT

​

• All other organisations/companies and private persons: VAT 25%

Participants from outside Sweden

​

• Organisations and companies within EU with a VAT number: No VAT

​

• Organisations and companies within EU without a VAT number, and all organisations and companies outside EU: VAT 25%

All private persons: VAT 25 %

Depending on the location of your organisation/company, VAT may be reclaimed from your home country upon your return from the conference. Please contact your local tax authority or other responsible agency for more information if it is possible to reclaim the VAT you paid and how it is done.
